Design Hub is a contemporary, design-led workspace conceived to sit over existing
parking at Umm Ramool, integrating FOH client suites, collaborative open offices.
The architectural language employs expansive glazing, EIFS-clad solid walls, and a living
green façade to express sustainability while showcasing KBC’s construction
craftsmanship through precise interfaces between envelope, structure, and MEP.
